REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Chemistry/or Biology or equivalent experience

TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Might require specific qualifications depending on the task (microbial safety, chemical safety, etc..).

SKILLS & ABILITY:

• Knowledge of Industry & Regulation
• Knowledge & Experience in Quality Control with a total understanding of analytical chemistry.
• Ability to handle analytical equipment, including interpretation experience
• SAP knowledge, QM module

Quality Best Practice:

• Good knowledge of GPL / GPM Good practices of the laboratory, good practices of manufacturing, ISO standards, regulatory standards
• Good Knowledge of HACCP Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, familiar with the allergens, contaminants declaration process
  

Leadership & Decision Making:

• Decision-making based on the test results

Project Management:

• Understanding of project people and management

Supply Chain Management:

• Having a basic understanding of supply chain management flow.

Coach & Development:

• Actively provides feedback to colleagues, open to discussion & proactively recommends improvements
