Your Opportunity: Navitor, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an experienced Product & Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of our FolderWorks and Epoly brands and product lines within the dynamic printing industry! This role requires a blend of product management expertise and brand strategy, ensuring each product aligns with our company's vision and meets customer needs. The ideal candidate will drive new product launches, oversee brand positioning and campaigns, and enhance customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development:

  • Lead the development of product roadmaps for new and existing printing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, manufacturing, customer service) to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
  • Define product specifications, collaborate with leadership and estimating teams to set pricing strategies, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept, data gathering, to channel launch.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify market gaps and drive innovation.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, addressing issues proactively and using insights to guide product improvements.

Brand Management & Positioning:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen product recognition and market position.
  • Create and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, and tradeshow.
  • Ensure brand integrity by overseeing packaging design, advertising, digital and traditional marketing channels, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and guide brand adjustments based on insights.
  • Management of all marketing campaigns and across shared service teams.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Partner with the sales team to provide product training and support, ensuring clear product value propositions and messaging.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and customer acquisition, working closely with digital marketing and graphic design teams.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee product and marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within financial targets.
  • Track product performance metrics and ROI, preparing reports for leadership to highlight successes and areas for growth.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product and brand management, preferably within the printing, manufacturing, or a similar industry
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with project management tools and Google Analytics 4
