Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned. Adhere to all JLL / IBM safety requirements, procedures and programs. Adhere to all JLL / IBM training requirements. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Maintain a "high level" customer satisfaction for all work performed. Maintain a clean appearance and starting each work day with a clean uniform. Clean chiller condenser / evaporator tubes as required. Clean Plate frame heat exchangers as required. Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. Assist boiler, refrigeration and operator technicians as required. Assist engineers with obtaining/analyzing data or other tasks as required. Availability to work after hours (early morning or late night), weekends and holidays as required. Occasionally provide 24 hour on-call coverage. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position may involve supervising contractors' work on occasion. Trade school, industrial or commercial experience. Skills Knowledge and experience with hand tools and test equipment. Ability to read and interpret building layouts, system drawings and manufacturers' equipment specifications. Knowledge of standard maintenance practices. Basis Computer skills Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend general instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
