The Area Manager (AM) will determine which responsibilities by facility the Base Manager is to be focused on. Base Manager responsibilities can include any of the following... SCOPE: Exchange locations on a specific military base or bases in the United States as defined by Area Manager PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete daily tasks as assigned at Exchange locations. BM responsibilities can include but are not limited to any of the following tasks: Call on Exchange locations and complete tasks as assigned:
Facings - Resets - Communicate Auto Replenish issues - Pricing - Coupons - POG Compliance
Demonstrations:
The right person for this role will demonstrate an engaging personality and show excitement for the brand. Brand Ambassador's will need to show their comprehension of brand information and their ability to sell accordingly. It will be essential for candidates to work independently, maintain their schedule and manage their time. This position will require flexibility in schedule in accordance with the Exchange and Express stores demo needs. ALL candidates MUST be 21 or older. Pay rate is $21.00 per hour and 14-18 hours per week. Base Manager must be available during store hours. A background in grocery and/or retail extremely helpful. It will be necessary to have access to a computer, printer, and smart phone, and download information from websites. "If you currently work for one of our competitors please note that qualified candidates who do not work for a competitor will be given preference." Existing military base access strongly preferred.
