Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience Shift: 1st shift Responsibilities: Machine complex production parts with precision and minimal margin for error. Create both simple and complex tooling as required. Perform advanced setups on mills and lathes, including programming. Work with various aerospace materials independently. Provide training and support to less experienced machinists. Assist with high-risk rework operations as needed. Contribute to the development of new machining processes for new products. Complete other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Advanced ability to read blueprints and conduct mechanical inspections. Leadership and mentoring skills, with a willingness to train other employees. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Strong attention to detail and experience in advanced machining techniques.
