Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:



  • Machine complex production parts with precision and minimal margin for error.
  • Create both simple and complex tooling as required.
  • Perform advanced setups on mills and lathes, including programming.
  • Work with various aerospace materials independently.
  • Provide training and support to less experienced machinists.
  • Assist with high-risk rework operations as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of new machining processes for new products.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.


Required Skills:



  • Advanced ability to read blueprints and conduct mechanical inspections.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with a willingness to train other employees.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in advanced machining techniques.
