Quality Assurance Director

• Develop and maintain quality records for compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage and update the welding certification database.
• Review and markup drawings for QC checkpoints.
• Assist in the development and certification of welding processes.
• Conduct physical inspections of welds, measurements, and tolerances.
• Generate inspection reports for customers.
• Participate in QA meetings with customers.
• Collaborate with management on QA steps throughout project progression.
• Be willing to learn and perform additional tasks as needed.

• Proficient in taking precise measurements with instruments.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment design and machining processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for technical information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
