Develop talent to increase data-analytics maturity. Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards in a scalable, user-friendly business intelligence (BI) environment, with high degree of availability and data accuracy. Drive a data-driven culture by increasing adoption of business intelligence and metrics tools. Manage BI tools and architecture, planning for current and future needs. Generate insights and present findings to business and functional teams using intuitive data visualization. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or closely related discipline and 5 years post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the field, which includes 3 years in the job offered or in a senior business analytics role. Requires 3 years of experience in data models building and data manipulation in the SQL server management tool and Tableau and 2 years of experience in data visualization and developing dashboards and 2 years of experience using Looker, Snowflake and Python.
