Pay Range: $65,000-$95,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • Lead cross-functional Project Teams to deliver innovative and new mattresses, bases, and accessories to the market on time, on cost, and on quality. Lead the delivery of the product to market with Launch Excellence.
  • Develop and drive schedules; structure key decisions so they are made on time; develop and drive resolutions to issues and risks with the Project Team.
  • Communicate the status of Projects to all levels of the organization.
  • Lead the tollgate process.
  • Along with the PMO, identify and execute improvements to our Commercialization Process and Operating standards.
  • Maintain the key documentation for projects.
  • Assist other functions in establishing Project Management systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Track record of leading teams, driving collaboration to deliver results, building relationships, ability to lead by influence.
  • 3 years of related experience with new product development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel. Proficiency in using cloud-based software packages.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills - to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to challenge norms, a strong sense of curiosity, a desire to learn and apply those learnings to drive improvement.
