Payroll Manager (FAM) Responsible for all field accounting functions including SAP use, payroll, timekeeping, billing, fringe benefit remittance processing, A/R, A/P and all office administration activities. Interfaces with the D&Z corporate accounting departments to ensure control and integrity of the field accounting and administrative processes. Interfaces with client accounting departments to ensure the required deliverables are being met. Supervises and coordinates activities of timekeepers and accounting clerks assigned to the site. Manages staff retention and union craft fringe benefit remittance process at site level. Manages open A/R issues. Conducts all work within guidelines, policies and ethical standards established by the company. Maintains all business records and reports properly and honestly, protecting company and client assets. Evaluates subordinates based on their commitment to the Code and act as a role model. Minimum requirements include; Associates degree in related field of study or equal years of related work experience in a Maintenance/Modification or Construction environment. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $28,000.00 - $ 100,000.00.
