A week in the life of a Quality Assurance Manager:



  • Appliesprocess improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
  • Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
  • Provides group facilitation, interviewing training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.
  • Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration or reengineering efforts.
  • Provides daily supervision and direction.


Job Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline
  • Five (5) years of related experience to:

    • Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems
    • Conduct quality assurance tests and quality audits
    • Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation
    • Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and provide recommendations to address deficiencies
    • Oversee project team activities and monitors project taskings and milestones
    • Coordinate activities among multiple project teams


  • Supervisory experience
  • Microsoft Office including proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
