Pay Rate: $26.09 - $28.15 RADIAS Health is hiring full-time (32 - 40 hours per week) Mental Health Practitioners to provide mental health services at our Crisis Stabilization program. The staff will provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for 12-16 adults struggling with acute symptoms of mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. The Mental Health Practitioner provides professional, quality program services to the clients served at the RADIAS Health Crisis facility and works with other members of the team to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining an optimum quality of life consistent with client needs and preferences. The work uses evidence-based practices adapted for the agency and the client's specific needs. This position functions as an integral part of a treatment team and is responsible for providing direct service to the clients as well as assisting the Therapists in developing treatment plans. The Mental Health Practitioner is also responsible for teaching and developing independent living skills, crisis intervention and de-escalation, and carrying out the interventions from the treatment plan. This role operates fully onsite at our Crisis facility. Duties & Responsibilities
Candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work plus 2,000 hours work experience providing services to adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness -OR- No college degree and 4,000 hours supervised work experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness.
