Position Title: Production Lead
Wage: $20-$24/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-5pm Monday-Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Production Lead for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a contract to hire role. Production Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Direct and coordinate production operations within company policies and procedures - Supervision of all production employees - Supervision/organization of manufacturing orders - Supervision of daily, weekly, and monthly output data - Plant production quotas and goals - Establish all shift production schedules - Oversee training as needed - Maintain a clean and safe plant, including directing plant policies and procedures - Oversee safety meetings - Foster a well-trained and motivated staff - Confer with other managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping - Oversee product quality control and conformance to company quality management system - Other duties as assigned Production Lead Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing/production - Frequent movement around manufacturing facilities, including bending, stooping, and lifting materials up to 50lbs Benefits: Eligible after 90 days QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
